Do I need special printers or hardware?

No! CureBIT works on any standard web browser using your existing desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Reports print on any standard A4 or A5 printer.

Is my patient data secure?

Yes. All patient records are encrypted and stored securely using Firebase Enterprise Cloud Security with 256-bit SSL encryption and automated backups.

Can I add my lab's logo and letterhead header?

Absolutely! You can upload your lab logo, set custom letterhead top margins, add doctor credentials, and upload signature images in Lab Settings.

1. Software Usage
CureBIT is a SaaS platform provided by Umbrella InFo for pathology laboratory workflow and report management. You agree to use the software only for lawful laboratory operations.

2. Subscriptions & Payment
Access to CureBIT features requires an active subscription. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan.

3. Refund Policy

4. User Responsibilities
You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You guarantee that any patient data entered into the system complies with your local healthcare data regulations.

CureBIT DOES NOT PERFORM MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS. The platform facilitates reporting and data management. Umbrella InFo is not liable for clinical errors, misdiagnoses, or any direct/indirect damages arising from the use of the generated reports.

6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, algorithms, and branding related to CureBIT are the exclusive property of Umbrella InFo.

7. Service Availability
While we utilize robust Cloudflare and Google Cloud infrastructure, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary downtimes.

8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law
