Thank you for choosing CureBIT LIS. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, subscriptions, pass purchases, and refund eligibility for diagnostic laboratories and healthcare providers using our cloud LIS platform.

1. Subscription & Pass Plans

CureBIT operates on a subscription and pass-based billing model. We offer flexible plans designed to cater to laboratories of all sizes:

• Weekly Pass: Short-term temporary access pass for non-recurring diagnostic operational needs.
• Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions (Starter, Standard, Pro, Premium): Recurring software licenses providing full cloud LIS functionality.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the immediate digital activation of cloud infrastructure, database isolation, and storage provisioning upon payment confirmation:

• Activated Passes & Subscriptions: Subscription fees and pass purchases once processed and activated are non-refundable.
• Partial Usage: No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused days, unused report quota, or early termination of an active billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• You will retain full access to your CureBIT LIS workspace and historical patient reports until the end of the active subscription period.
• No further recurring charges will be applied to your payment method following confirmed cancellation.

4. Erroneous / Double Charges

In the event of a technical billing error resulting in duplicate charges or erroneous transaction processing:

• Please notify our support team immediately within 7 business days of the transaction date.
• Upon verification of the duplicate transaction, a full refund of the excess amount will be initiated to your original payment source.
• Refund processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account or card statement, subject to Razorpay and payment gateway processing timelines.
